What We Are Looking For
Are you a sharp negotiator with a keen eye for detail and risk mitigation? RK Interiors is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to safeguard our commercial interests and manage complex agreements for our premium interior fit-out projects in Hyderabad.
In this critical leadership role, you will be the guardian of our project economics and legal compliance. With over a decade of experience, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts—from pre-award negotiations with clients and vendors to post-award administration, change management, and dispute resolution.

Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including client agreements, sub-contractor terms, and vendor supply agreements.

Commercial Risk Management: Identify potential commercial, legal, and operational risks within contract terms and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Variation & Claims Management: Actively manage and evaluate variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring fair compensation and alignment with the original scope of work.

Cost & Compliance Monitoring: Work closely with the planning and execution teams to ensure project delivery adheres to contractual obligations, timelines, and budgets.

Dispute Resolution: Lead negotiations to resolve any contractual disputes amicably, minimizing impact on project timelines and client relationships.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.

10+ years of extensive experience in contract management, quantity surveying, or commercial management, specifically within the interior fit-out or construction sectors.

Deep understanding of standard contract forms (like FIDIC) and local construction/labor laws.

Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate complex legal jargon into actionable business advice for project teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field (RICS membership or specialized contract management certifications are a major plus).
