What We Are Looking For

Are you a visionary designer who excels at balancing aesthetics with impeccable functionality? RK Interiors is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Architect to lead the conceptualization and design development of our high-end interior and fit-out projects in Hyderabad.

In this creative leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our spatial transformations. With 5+ years of experience, you will take ownership of the design lifecycle—from initial client briefs and space planning to 3D visualizations and the delivery of good-for-construction (GFC) drawings, ensuring the final build perfectly matches the design intent.

Concept & Spatial Design: Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and highly optimized space plans tailored to client requirements and brand identities.
Technical Detailing: Produce and oversee the creation of accurate architectural layouts, elevations, section drawings, and detailed GFC packages.
Client Engagement: Lead design presentations, communicate complex architectural concepts clearly, and actively manage client feedback to achieve design sign-off.
Material & Finish Selection: Research, source, and specify appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and custom furniture that align with the project's aesthetic and budget.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with MEP consultants, project managers, and site engineers to resolve technical challenges and ensure design feasibility.
Site Supervision: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and maintain the highest standards of quality control during execution.

5+ years of core experience in architecture and interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed commercial, corporate, or premium residential fit-out projects.
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related design discipline.
Mastery of industry-standard software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
A deep understanding of ergonomics, interior detailing, and current design trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead client discussions.
