Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for transforming interior spaces? RK Interiors is looking for an experienced Sr. Planning Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and lifecycle management of our premium interior design and fit-out projects in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will be the architectural bridge between our design, procurement, and execution teams. With 8+ years of experience under your belt, you will ensure our high-quality interior projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exact specifications our clients expect.

Master Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and manage comprehensive project schedules for multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously from inception to handover.
Resource Allocation: Collaborate with procurement and execution teams to optimise the deployment of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Budget & Cost Control: Track project budgets, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.
Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks, material delays, or operational risks early, and devise proactive mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a central hub for communication among site engineers, interior designers, vendors, and clients.
Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly MIS reports on project progress, milestones, and resource utilisation for senior management.

8+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and control, specifically within the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry.
Proficiency in planning software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of interior execution sequences, materials, and dependencies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (PMP certification is a strong plus).
